1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Can’t Be Censored Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Purpose

Can’t Be Censored is a media platform for free, uncensored dialogue. Views expressed by hosts, guests, and users are their own and do not represent the views of Westbridge Strategies Inc.

3. Content Disclaimer

• We do not endorse guest or user content
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party views
• Some content may be controversial or offensive
• Westbridge Strategies Inc. is a platform, not a publisher

4. User Responsibilities

• Break no laws
• Do not post defamatory, obscene, or illegal content
• Do not infringe copyright
• Do not harass or impersonate others
• Do not interfere with Platform security

You are legally responsible for anything you post or upload.

5. Ownership & License

• All content created by Westbridge Strategies Inc. is owned by the Company
• If you upload content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it on the Platform

6. Data Use & Analytics

We collect usage data (device, IP, behavior) to improve service and share anonymized insights with partners. We do not sell personal data without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Copyright Infringement

To report copyright or intellectual property issues, contact:

Include your contact info, a description of the work, and proof of ownership.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Third-party content
• Defamation claims from guest/user material
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of data or profits

Total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid in the last 6 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold Westbridge Strategies Inc. harmless from any claims related to your content or behavior on the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or remove access at any time, without notice, for any reason.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Ontario law. Disputes must be resolved in Toronto, Canada. Class actions are waived.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
