Effective date: August 2025. These terms apply to the Can’t Be Censored mobile app, website, and related services operated by Westbridge Strategies Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Can’t Be Censored platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Purpose

Can’t Be Censored is a media platform for free, uncensored dialogue. Views expressed by hosts, guests, and users are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of Westbridge Strategies Inc..

3. Content Disclaimer

  • We do not endorse guest or user content
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party views
  • Some content may be controversial or offensive
  • Westbridge Strategies Inc. acts as a platform, not a publisher, for third-party views

4. User Responsibilities

  • Do not break laws
  • Do not post defamatory, obscene, or illegal content
  • Do not infringe copyright
  • Do not harass or impersonate others
  • Do not interfere with platform security

You are legally responsible for anything you post or upload.

5. Ownership and License

All content created by Westbridge Strategies Inc. is owned by the company. If you upload content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the platform.

6. Data Use and Analytics

We collect usage data, including device, IP, and behavioral information, to improve the service and share anonymized insights with partners. We do not sell personal data without consent. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

7. Copyright Infringement

To report copyright or intellectual property issues, contact info@cantbecensored.com and include your contact details, a description of the work, and proof of ownership.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westbridge Strategies Inc. is not liable for third-party content, defamation claims arising from guest or user material, indirect or incidental damages, or loss of data or profits.

Total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid in the previous six months.

9. Indemnification and Termination

You agree to hold Westbridge Strategies Inc. harmless from claims related to your content or conduct on the platform. We may suspend or remove access at any time, without notice, for any reason.

10. Legal Jurisdiction and Changes

These Terms are governed by Ontario law. Disputes must be resolved in Toronto, Canada, and class actions are waived where permitted by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
